Matt Wingo - Consultant / President

I bring more than 25 years of experience in sales and sales leadership across diverse industries, including pharmaceutical and medical, nutrition and fitness, and oil, gas, and lubricants. Throughout my career, I have led both small and large sales teams to consistently elevate performance through effective training, mentoring, clear direction, and empowerment. These efforts have resulted in sustained growth and multiple recognitions, including Top Sales Manager and President’s Club honors.

As a former collegiate and professional athlete, I developed a strong foundation in leadership and teamwork that translated seamlessly into my professional career. My contributions on and off the field were recognized with numerous accolades, including induction into the Texas Tech Athletics Hall of Fame. I firmly believe customers choose to do business with people they know, like, and trust—and that successful selling is a teachable, repeatable skill. By working smart, targeting the right audience at the right time, delivering a consistent and persistent message, and actively listening to uncover unmet needs, sales professionals can drive meaningful and lasting results.
